This Explainer takes the readers across seas, as it dives into detail of the Brexit Referendum: when the United Kingdom decided to leave the EU in 2016. Although it has been quite some time since the referendum, the effects of Brexit are still seen all over the world today. This Explainer serves as a guide as to why other nations or states should avoid leaving larger coalitions.

Case Study: Flint, Michigan - The Water Crisis that Should've Ended Eight Years Ago

This case study focuses on the Water Crisis in Flint, Michigan. This low-income, BIPOC community has had lead-infested water running from their faucets for the past eight years that has caused serious health conditions for the city of Flint. The government has neglected this vulnerable community by providing no solutions to the issue. This piece is a part of a larger Think Tank project I completed.
